Rebecca's interest in real estate began with her first solo home purchase, and she quickly realized that a career in the industry was her calling. She started her career as a new agent at Keller Williams in Kalispell, Montana, and within a year she had become one of the top agents at the company. Sergio joined Rebecca's team after a successful career in a different field, where he developed a passion for helping others. Together, they are forging a new path in the Montana real estate market, using their expertise and knowledge to guide their clients through the buying, selling, and investing process. Rebecca Kirsch is a proud Montana native who was raised in Florida before returning to her home state in 2019. She is a dedicated mother of two, and she is committed to teaching her children the value of hard work and determination. Sergio Gallegos

Sergio is a native of San Diego who developed a love for Montana during a visit in his teenage years. After returning home his parents asked him how the trip was. He had one thing to say "I'm moving to Montana" and he has called the state home since 2007. In addition to being a musician, Sergio enjoys using his hands to build things, and he has a strong desire to help others. This desire to help translates into his work as a real estate professional, where he is dedicated to helping his clients find the perfect home in Montana. Sergio believes that Montana is a special place that offers something for everyone, and he is committed to helping you find your own piece of this beautiful state.
Daniel Heser

Daniel is Rebecca's brother, but he is no mere shadow of his sister. In fact, Daniel is a talented and competitive disc golfer, traveling around the U.S. to compete in various tournaments. When he's not on the course, Daniel is learning more about real estate, with the goal of helping his clients. Daniel joined the Novum Realty Team to help expand the brand, bringing his expertise in sales and marketing to the table. He is eager to assist and make a difference.
